We want you to enjoy your stay in our apartment and have outlined the services available to make life easier.
Services to the Apartment
Cleaning - The apartment will be cleaned and prepared before you arrive and again on departure. There is plenty of spare bedding linen and towles for your stay and all used laundry will be cleaned on your departure so please leave it for the cleaner at the end of your stay. The tiled floors are easily kept clean wnd a broom and vacuum cleaner are available for your use if required.
Rubbish Collection - The rubbish is collected daily from outside the apartment door. Please securely tie rubbish or bin bags and leave them by the door mat in the early evening.
Utility Services - The electricity and tap water are metered and reasonable usage is included in your stay. Please do not waste water as the building supply is not massive if there is a service cut. Don't leave the air-conditioning on when you are not in the apartment as it is expensive to run and the units will cool the air in minutes when you return. Never leave them on over night or you will have a sore dry throat in the morning.
Bottled Water and Gas - Drinking water and cooking gas can be ordered from the local delivery agent. Call the mobile number on t he fridge door and they are they will often deliver within the hour. Replacement water is around 3 lira but the empty canister must be taken in exchange or a new deposit will be payable. It is not recommended to drink the tap water.
Hot Water - The water heater in the main bathroom will need to be turned on when you arrive and then can be left for the duration of your stay. Please do not forget to turn it off when you leave.
Laundry - There is a washer dryer in the main bathroom and instructions for use on the lid. It is quite loud when spinning so not recommended for use through the night.
Kitchen Appliances - The instructions for using most of the appliances (including the microwave) are in the kitchen drawers. Please return them if you use them so they are available for the next guests.
