The Hergul Apartment building is a recently built block of just 20 residential units located just a 60 second stroll from Altinkum's quieter Second Beach. The block has security entrance, intercom door entry, lift access to each of the three floors and caretaker maintained communal areas and refuse collection. There is also a shared pool and sun terrace for the sole use of apartment residents.

Hergul 19 is a three-bed duplex apartment with access from the third floor.
